Subpoenas and Court Orders:

Prudential Trustees, Ltd. is a trustee company organized under the laws of St. Kitts & Nevis and administered from the Bahamas. Pursuant to the law of these jurisdictions, subpoenas and Court Orders of other nations, including the United States, Great Britain, and Canada have no force and effect. We will disregard any such subpoena or order for production of records or the turnover of any assets under our stewardship. The legal process for an agency of another government or a third party litigant to apply for and obtain judicial assistance from the courts of our domiciled jurisdiction are onerous and often impossible. It will be our position to resist the disclosure of your information to the full extent of the law.
