Not everyone gets to be a Prudential "Client." We are a Private
Trustee Company, organized under the laws of the Federation of
St. Kitts & Nevis,
with Administrative and Executive Offices located in the
Bahamas.
We enjoy the best of both (all) worlds ... and this is by design.
In order to qualify to become a client of Prudential, a prospective client must first work
with our Bahamas legal advisors at American Barristers, P.A., Ltd. This firm will review the
due diligence on each applicant and discuss the process and requirements of joining the
Prudential clientele. If you are considering a move as important as using an offshore
strategy to protect assets, defer or reduce taxes or simply to acquire financial privacy,
then you should avail yourself of the very best advice available. If you decide that an
offshore strategy fits your needs, then you should accept nothing less than the best firm to
provide your offshore trustee, management and associated services.
Our Administrative Offices are located in a physically and electronically secure facility in
Freeport, Grand Bahamas. Absolutely no one but our qualified (and security-cleared) staff
are permitted inside this facility. While we are pleased with the very strong confidentiality
legislation in place in the Bahamas, we believe that it is prudent to create a systems approach
that ensures absolute privacy to our clientele.
Our Executive Offices are located in
Nassau, Bahamas. Nassau is not only the capital of the
Bahamas but the heart and nerve center of the most mature and developed of the few totally
independent tax-haven jurisdictions in the Western Hemisphere. This is our point of public
contact with our clientele and with the many senior professionals with whom we interact daily.
We pride ourselves on the delivery of the very highest quality services of any Trustee Company
in any tax-haven jurisdiction in the world. Sadly, it is not possible for us to provide these
services to every applicant. Only those who have been properly vetted by our legal firm,
American Barristers, P.A. Ltd. and who enter into arrangements under the umbrella of one of the
international trust arrangements administered by the Company, will be privileged to become our
clients.
Many of our clients are Americans and Canadians seeking
Asset Protection,
Tax Reduction Planning, and
Financial Privacy.
Although many of these
clients are wealthy, great wealth is not a requirement. Many other clients are American and
Canadian companies that have reorganized their business activities for similar goals.
The due diligence process ensures that we are not dealing with proceeds from drug activities,
money laundering or other criminal enterprise. The Bahamas is a legitimate tax haven with many
wonderful benefits. We decline to provide services or representation to those who would abuse
these opportunities. The legal staff at American Barristers, P.A., Ltd. is able to communicate
with prospective clients within the attorney-client privilege and the further protection of the
confidentiality laws in place in the Bahamas.
For those who successfully complete the due diligence process, there lies ahead a world of
advantages. Legally constituted
Asset Protection plans will protect your life's accumulations
from the grasp of virtually all of your creditors and claimants so that your estate may be
safely passed on to your loved ones. Legitimate tax deferral and tax reduction can be
accomplished, within the restrictions of the tax authorities of the United States and Canada.
Financial privacy can be attained at a level totally unheard of in continental North America.
Offshore investment opportunities chosen by clients, reflecting their own risk tolerance and
investment philosophies can be undertaken in the most tax advantaged manner available. Offshore
credit cards can be used to facilitate the movement of small amounts of capital that may be
required in your home jurisdiction.
