"Virtual Offices" can be established in our facilities in the Bahamas. In this circumstance, a client may use a business card that suggests the existence of a "real" office in the Bahamas. No problem. When someone calls the number, a live staff person will answer the phone, and relay the call or take a message. Staff on site will receive and forward faxes, receive and forward emails, and receive and forward mail. If the client is in Nassau and needs the temporary use of a conference room, fax, phone, computer terminal, etc., those amenities are available. The client can even scheduled the use of the conference room to meet with clients. The "Virtual Office" program has a base cost and all other services are billed as needed. We are unaware of another Trustee Company in the Bahamas that provides this level of management services in addition to normal "trustee services."Prudential works with other "offshore service providers" to facilitate the development of further offshore strategies.
