COMPANY FORMATION

While organized as a Private Trustee Company, Prudential is routinely called upon to act as the Director of various IBCs, the Manager of a number of LLCs, and General partner (through a corporate arm) for certain Limited Liability Partnerships. In these capacities, the company is called upon to provide management and administrative services for these entities. The extent of the services provided is entirely within the direction of the beneficial client. Where the client intends to actually operate an International Business Company from the Bahamas and needs a qualified, on-island staff to respond to the needs of such a company, such services are provided on a client by client basis.

In some cases, the needs of a client for business related services are such that it is appropriate to establish a separate management company and to provide staff to that company. Prudential has the resources, if required to provide the management team for an operating business that for whatever reason needs to be located outside of the U.S., Canada or a European country's boundaries.
